US Tax Analyst Jobs in Coimbatore

- Preparation and review experience in US Partnership, Corporate, Individual (HNIs), Various States and Local Taxes.
- Experience with over 200 clients and hands-on work with forms such as 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S.
- Familiarity with a wide range of tax forms including W-2, 1099, Schedule A-E, 4562, K-1, Schedule L, M1, M2, 8825, etc.
- Prepare, Review and Maintain work papers for all Tax Returns.
- Preparation and finalization of US Income Tax accounting and Compliance.
- Responsible for self-review of deliverables before handing them to supervisors.
- Attentive participation in US Corporate Tax training modules and on the job trainings.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with team and clients effectively
- Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements.
- Validate data and analysis for accuracy and relevance.
- Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in written form.
- Should be proficient in using Tax research tools viz CCH, Drake Pro Series Tax for tax preparation, review, and workflow management is essential.
- Manage the smooth on boarding for our newly hired clients.
- Handling client escalations and supporting the team with verbal and written client communications.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience into Client handlings
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- To create a positive work atmosphere, provide team members with training and coaching.
- Manage and supervise human availability in accordance with day-to-day operations demands.
- Hold one-on-one meetings with each team member once a month to discuss their workflow.
- Attending client and management meetings
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- CCH Axcess , Drake Pro Series Desktop and Quickbooks
- Coimbatore
